Heather has been a veterinary technician since 1994, and came to us from Houston, Texas in 2000. Previous to her position at Parkway Veterinary Hospital, Heather volunteered at M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital and the Houston Zoo, and has worked at several small animal, exotic, and avian veterinary hospitals. In her free time, Calandra enjoys reading and going for long walks with her Bichon Frise, Bear. She also has a domestic short-haired cat, named Gracie, and can't wait to, one day, adopt more furry friends into her family.

Brittany completed an internship here in the summer of 2010, and she did such a great job that we invited her to join our staff in 2011.
